CONSTRUCTION AND CAPACITIES
Chassis in shaped profiles and structural tubes. Widely reinforced to hold:
- Auxiliary motor.
-Rotor (turbine) multi-blade steel sheet with high resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
- Nozzles made of steel plate, with replaceable rubber bottom frame, supported by high-resistance trolleys with wheels.
- Water tank of 1.6 m³ capacity built in rotomolded polypropylene in the form of a carrying bag pack.
- Body: compact construction system, in micro-alloy special steel in f24 quality
ENERGIZATION AND ACTIVATION SYSTEM
The suction air stream is generated by the high speed turbine at 1900rpm. Design specially designed to ensure a longer life and better conditions of use, with a power consumption of 95HP for high performance sweeps.
Powered by auxiliary motor and an automatic centrifugal clutch with start of coupling starting at 900rpm
An electro valve emits signals for selection and opening of brush arms, position of nozzles and opening and closing flap for air passage.
Rear door opening system and load tank angulation, driven from PTO by oil pump.
A single oil hydraulic reservoir feeds the circuit in its entirety, with piping on quality M3K and R1 hoses.
Cylinders made of tubes and stems of high quality and resistance, chromed and treated by induction with packing of standard measures and commercial.
Water pump from 100Litros / min to 120 Lbs. / in pressure.
Cleaning, deoxidized, phosphatized. Antioxidant and finishing with enamel polyurethane of double application according to standard of manufacture. Color to customer choice.
Double application of epoxy in interior of deposit of load (body)
Pollution: minimum noise level thanks to a special fan blower casing design, lower rotating speed, and maximum insulation inside its compartment. Additional insulation within auxiliary engine compartment.
Minimum operational cost: by eliminating the central brush, increasing the diameter of side brushes, and simplifying the design, the number of elements to be maintained and breaking possibilities are minimized. All the above together with a remarkable improvement in design provides the parts with a longer life-cycle.
